We were absolutely thrilled to be invited by HRH The Princess of Wales and the incredible charity Go Beyond to take part in the Autumn episode of The Princess’ Mother Nature Series! It was a true honour to be included.
Our children had an unforgettable morning with Her Royal Highness, exploring the beautiful Windsor Great Park and cooking alongside the fantastic celebrity chef Gill Meller. Their excitement and joy made the day truly magical.
For the past three years, we’ve been incredibly lucky to have the support of Go Beyond, whose generosity has enabled us to offer inspiring residential trips in the heart of the countryside to some of our children. Their impact has been truly life-changing, and we are deeply grateful.

On Tuesday 12th March, our 'Young Voices' travelled into Caddington to sing for members of the community at a popular coffee morning. Recently, residents of Caddington, fundraised for our school so that we could purchase board games for our children to play with during their playtime. Our Young Voices (the name we give to our choir) sang three songs for the residents: 'Like a Roman', 'Make Your Own kind of music,' and 'Something inside so strong.' The songs were well received and the audience even asked for an encore.
The 'Young Voices' have been asked to return to Caddington in the coming months and they can't wait!
The school children revelled in a delightful pizza making session, transforming their ordinary school day into a culinary adventure. Engaged and enthusiastic, the children not only learned the art of pizza-making but also relished the joy of creating something delicious together. The session not only satisfied their taste buds but also sparked a sense of camaraderie, making it a memorable and educational experience for all involved.
The Witches is a rip-roaring musical version of Roald Dahl’s timeless tale, filled with wit, daring and heart. With book and lyrics by Olivier Award-winner Lucy Kirkwood, music and lyrics by Tony Award-nominee Dave Malloy, and directed by Lyndsey Turner.
The children had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the performance!
Luton is the beating heart of the hat making industry in England. There were over 500 hat manufacturers in Luton during the 1800s, with the majority of them making straw hats. The level of production was astounding – at one stage, in the 1930s, we were producing over 70 million hats each year! The Year 4 children loved trying on all the different hats!
The Celtic Harmony Camp made a profound impact on our Year 3 school trip, fostering a unique blend of experiential learning and cultural immersion. The camp's immersive activities provided students with hands-on experiences, allowing them to delve into the rich tapestry of Celtic history, folklore, and traditions.
Our annual sports day, held earlier this month, was full of fun and excitement. Sports is one such activity that helps us in maintaining a proper physique and a positive mentality.
The Year 5 children had the fantastic opportunity to visit the making of Harry Potter exhibition at Leavesden Studios, which is the only place to see most of the authentic sets and props used in the films.
During our visit, we made sure to pick up a complimentary Activity Passport which included a fun Golden Snitch hunt, puzzles and trivia to enhance our tour. There were also props, exhibits, costumes and special effects demonstrations. The children used a wand, rode a broomstick, drove an enchanted car. And even felt brave enough to get on the Hogwarts Express and face up to Dementors!
